I feel better than ever and am encouraged to continue this program until I reach my ultimate goal. So many of the recipes are delicious, nutritious and quick to prepare. I think eating fresh, whole foods is simply wonderful! Even though I did not eat a lot of processed foods before participating, the program helped me eliminate the few I did use!!

    I looked for BMI calculator and got nothing. For an interactive web site, too much advertising and promotion and too little content. I don,t need fluffy success stories just information.
