I Feel Better When I Don’t Eat Gluten, Dairy or Sugar


I feel so much better when I don’t eat gluten, dairy or sugar. I am so happy I found this book and was able to attempt to stay off these foods for six weeks. Whenever I added them back in, I could feel the negative results they have on my body. I strongly believe we have a serious problem in this society with the way we eat. I am happy to find people who don’t think it is extreme to cut out flours and sugars and dairy from the diet. I would like to see this type of eating accepted more universally. We have accepted the toxic way of eating and are seeing the results. I appreciate Dr. Hyman’s work and will continue to support it, advocate it, and practice the healthy way of eating.
