  • 2 c. raw sunflower seeds
  •  1 c. parsley
  •  1 ½ c. cooked brown rice
  •  ½ c. grated carrots
  •  Pinch sea salt
  •  Pinch of cumin and/or onion powder

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Place sunflower seeds in a food processor and blend until finely ground. Add parsley and blend until parsley is well chopped. Add remaining ingredients and blend just until combined. Do not over-blend rice or it will become gooey. Shape mixture into four burger patties and bake for 15 minutes.

Burgers can be frozen or will keep in the refrigerator for up to one week.
